Our next club meeting will be on Wednesday 8/5 at 7pm.
We will try out a mixed format for this club meeting. For those that feel comfortable doing so, we will try to have some small groups (5 or less) getting together and joining in the zoom meeting. If you are willing to host, or would like to meet up at a brewery post it and how many seats you have available. You can also check with individual club members to join you if that more fits your comfort levels.
TLDR, get together if you want, do what’s comfortable, but still join online.
Duels have largely been on hold, but I want everyone to be thinking about their Ultimate Summer Crusher beer, for August (maybe just maybe we can meet then, we’ll see). This can be any style, but should be something refreshing and crushable on a hot summer day. Think dry saisons, fruited Berliner Weiss, American Lagers, Helles, Session Pales, etc
We’ll run through some announcements per usual.
For our educational talk, Adam Robbings from Reuben's Brews will be joining us to talk about the Kettle Sour process and Gose. It will then open up for a Q&A (I bet he might share info on their Double Crush recipe).
After we hear from Adam, we will move on to talk about what we are each drinking and/or brewing.
Andrew will post a Zoom invite in Slack and Facebook on the day of the event, so be sure to join us there if you haven't already. Details can be found on the Contact page.
Look forward to seeing you all!
