Our next club meeting will be on Wednesday 12/2 at 7pm.

For our educational talk, Colin Kaminski and John Palmer will be joining us to talk about brewing water. They co-wrote the book Water, which has a ton of good information in it, if you don’t have it, check it out. It will then open up for a Q&A.

After we hear from Colin and John, we will run through announcements and then move on to talk about what we are each drinking and/or brewing.

The beer swap cooler is still out on Andrew’s porch. Feel free to drop by and leave some beer and take some beer before the next meeting! If you don’t know where he lives, send him a message (over Slack or Facebook) and he’ll give you the address.
